It is a huge offence to anybody and a violation of their rights not to be allowed to wear traditional dress to their graduation. It seems the college itself has not graduated socially. Is this student a slave? Is the school so backward it is afraid of traditional dress. From many thousands of miles away I am disgusted at this stance. I do not ask for her right, I tell you she must have it. Councillor.
